The Bogman is brewed with Crystal Malt, crisp Roasted Barley, Northern Brewer Hops, and Fuggle Hops. Expect a sweet, rich flavor that will transport your taste buds to the bogs of Ireland's west coast where the ales are the reddest and The Bogman roams.

Hound Dog Hefeweizen
A wheat beer inspired by Elvis’s famous peanut butter & banana sandwich. This brew features wheat malt, pilsner malt and honey malt which give the beer a nice crisp body and produces a slight banana flavor when fermented at a high heat. The beer also features Magnum hops for bitterness and peanut butter extract for extra flavor. Enjoy a beer fit for the King himself inspired by his famous sandwich!

Double Mosaic Mind Frame
A New England IPA that solely features one of our favorite hops at Sipnotic: Mosaic. This beer is aggressively hopped with Mosaic from the whirlpool to the two dry hop additions. 2-Row, Carapils, and a whole lot of oats give this beer a smooth, creamy body that nicely complements the fruit flavors from the Mosaic. This beer is sure to put you in the right frame of mind. Don't mind if I do!

Shake It Easy
Shake It Easy is a DDH milkshake NEIPA. This beer features 2 Row, Carapils, Oats, & a dose of lactose that gives this beer a thick, creamy body. This IPA is aggressively hopped with mosaic all throughout the brewing process and features cryogenically frozen Citra as well in the dry hop additions. Shake up your day drinking with this easy sippin juice bomb!

Sip of Skippy
The Sip of Skippy is a smooth milk stout flavored with peanut butter extract. A variety of malts, barleys, oats, and lactose were used to give this beer its nice texture and sweet taste. Magnum and E.K. Golding hops provide a subtle bitterness to balance the sweetness from the grains. Prepare for a perfect blast of peanut butter with every sip!

My Fucking Cinnamon Apple
My Fuckin Cinnamon Apple is a hard cider brewed with the juices of the finest Honeycrisp apples on the orchard. This cider has a pleasant sweetness that is balanced nicely by the subtle spice of the cinnamon sticks it is brewed with. It has sugar, spice, and everything nice you want in a cider and is as crisp as the Fall air!

Cidey Senses: Pineapple
A crisp cider made with 100% real fruit juices. This version of Cidey Senses uses apple juice as a base and pineapple juice for flavor and sweetness. Kegged and carbonated to perfection...this fine liquid will no doubt have ya cidey senses tingling!

The Projotype
The Projotype Red IPA is the ingenious result of our latest brewing experiment! This beer features an array of malts that give it a slight bready character and a rich, sweet caramel finish. For hops, we got Magnum for a bit bitterness and centennial & Amarillo for some damn fine flavor.

Amanita Red IPA
Amanita ("imma-need-a") is a Red IPA with a righteous red color but a wild side like the mushroom it's named after. This complex mix of grains gives it a rich red color with a hint of caramel sweetness. We got a touch of Magnum for some bitterness and a ton of Amarillo/Centennial for flavor. Anytime you're thinking "imma need a beer" get yourself an Amanita Red IPA because each sip is a trip!

Triple A (Amber Apple Ale) is the perfect cross between a crisp cider and a rich amber ale. A caramel amber ale and juices from the finest of apples were fermented together to give you a beer that is packed with flavor. A perfect drink for a nice summer day. So good that when you run out... you may have to call porch-side assistance!
